My project management training teaches best practices and allows them to immediately apply tactical processes and tools to make project work more successful and less stressful.

We’ll collaborate to customize best practice processes and templates to fit your organization’s culture and context. SMART Conversations® (SC) is a proven methodology that enables people to effectively collaborate and hold difficult conversations in a psychologically safe environment. As a certified SMART Conversations® facilitator, I’ll partner with you to tailor a workshop to address the communication issues you’re experiencing.
